Cookie Notice

Coorda uses a small number of functional cookies and browser storage items to keep sign-in working, support Coorda Assist, and remember basic device-level state.

What Coorda currently uses

Coorda is not using this notice for advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The items below are used for core product behaviour.

1. Assist browser ID cookie

Coorda Assist sets a functional cookie named coorda_assist_browser_id. Its purpose is to keep signed-out Assist chat history private to the same browser, so one public user does not see another public user's saved threads.

  • Purpose: public Assist thread privacy and continuity
  • Type: functional / necessary
  • Lifetime: up to 12 months unless cleared sooner
  • Linked advertising use: none

2. Account and session storage

When you sign in, Coorda uses Supabase authentication storage so your session can persist and protected routes can recognise your account. Depending on the auth flow and environment, that can involve browser storage and session-related cookies used only for account access and security.

  • Purpose: sign-in, session continuity, and account security
  • Type: strictly necessary / functional
  • Linked advertising use: none

3. Local browser storage

Coorda also uses local browser storage for lightweight product preferences and Assist state, such as free-use counts, unlock state on a device, selected project context, and sidebar state. This is not shared across websites and is only used to improve how Coorda behaves on your device.

Do you need to accept these?

These items are currently used for core product functionality rather than marketing or advertising. If Coorda adds non-essential analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies later, this notice should be updated and a consent flow may be required.
